The Ocean Clean-up: A Project Management Case Study

This report will cover the objectives and constraints of the Ocean Clean-up megaproject, identify stakeholders, specify the kind of products and services the project aims to deliver, the methodologies used —both managerial and scientific—, list the third party partners that helped the organization flourish, specify what special equipment the organization needs to use, display how decisions are made, break down tasks in the WBS, analyse main risks of this project, evaluate how the financials are progressing, discuss unresolved issues up to date and offer recommendations for improvement.
