Baxter's Operations Management in the MEA Region

This paper explores Baxter’s Operations Management in the GCC Market and their issues, going through their existing supply chain setup, identifies the major bottleneck and providing alternative solutions to face the problems. This paper provides suggestions on leveraging Stakeholders to smoothen up operations. This paper also presents the Iraq Shipment Dilemma and proposes freight solutions to deliver the requested medical supplies to Baghdad during a period of turmoil.
